The Design for Leaders Accelerator is a high-impact, two-day training program that equips Senior Civil Servants (SCS) to employ design as a strategic competency. Participants explore how modern systems mapping, foresight exercises, and design intelligence improve strategic choices, align policy with delivery, and enhance risk management.
The program teaches leaders how to build design-supportive governance, foster rapid ethical experimentation in their departments, and lead delivery with confidence in an AI-enabled state.

This program is exclusively designed for Senior Civil Servants (SCS) who lead policy portfolios, delivery systems, corporate divisions, or major professional functions across the Civil Service. It is also suitable for Directors and strategic decision-makers responsible for sponsoring innovation and transformation.
